SCAM ALERT!!

HomeSmart Installations Ltd have been made aware of several rogue companies operating along the South Coast, who are targeting customers with spray foam insulation installed into their loft space.
The individuals are using scare-tactics to convince their victims with claims such as the insulation has not been installed correctly, is causing damage to their roof, or that it will stop them being able to sell their property, and should therefore be removed urgently.
These claims are FALSE, and are being made purely to gain sales revenue through illegitimate selling methods, by way of them then offering their services to remove the product for customers at an extremely inflated cost, despite it being unnecessary to do so.
The fraudsters are claiming to either be representing the same company who installed the product or that they are an independent qualified surveyor/inspector, which again is false information.
We strongly advise our customers to reject any services offered from such companies, and to not enter into any contract for the removal of this product.
We instead request that you contact us if approached by these individuals, and send us a copy of any documentation or information you have received from them, to;

Any information received will then be forwarded on to Trading Standards and the Police, where necessary.
